Undertake sophisticated fundamental-driven credit analysis on a portfolio of financial and non-financial names across multiple Emerging Market jurisdictions
Evaluate issuer creditworthiness and make investment recommendations supported by timely, detailed, insightful and well-articulated analysis
Demonstrate extensive financial modeling capabilities
Provide leadership in advocating for uniform application of RGA's credit culture
Provide leadership in the development and mentoring of junior analysts
Communicate investment recommendations and ideas in written form supported by clear, concise and compelling oral presentations
Proactively develop and maintain productive relationships with various stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors with 10+ years experience, which includes 6+ years relevant Emerging Markets work experience OR MBA or CFA with 7+ years experience, which includes 6+ years relevant Emerging Markets work experience
CFA
Experience with Bloomberg and Blackrock
Lived experience in an emerging market
