Ensures quality assurance through internal and external reporting measures
Develops and/or maintains underwriting internal and external reporting
Gathers data and coordinates with internal clients including actuarial, IT and underwriting
Lead and coordinates Training, UAT and process efficiencies
Participates and leads in associate development and mentoring activities
Responsible for regular recurring job functions including complex problem analysis and reconciliation of data

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related work experience (minimum 5 years)
5 – 8 years of experience in insurance, reinsurance or financial services
1-2 years of experience in a senior technical/professional, project lead, or supervisory position
Advanced oral and written communication skills
Complex investigative, analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to comprehend and interpret insurance and contract documents
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Intermediate Word, SQL/Query and Excel skills
