- Plans, manages, and implements forward-thinking HR strategies and initiatives.
- Provides strategic leadership and expertise in implementing HR initiatives.
- Creates solutions that address current and future business needs.
- Builds relationships with business leaders to provide comprehensive HR guidance.
- Resolves complex problems within business groups independently.
- Influences and executes Human Resources practices and objectives for a high-performance culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related work experience
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources, MBA is preferred
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred
- 10 years of related human resources experience
- 3 years of strategic HR business partner experience
- Experience working in a global, matrix organization preferred
- Insurance or Financial Services experience preferred
- Knowledge leveraging Workday or other HR technology system related software
- Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Spanish as a second language is an asset.
