• Leads evaluation of business requests
• Conducts structured walkthroughs of requirements
• Document the clients’ business needs
• Create business process and technical diagrams
• Configure business process changes and lead testing design
• Oversee technical work from other team members
• Evaluate new or enhanced solutions
• Create defect and enhancement items for backlog
• Partner with Functional Leads and Analytics team

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or equivalent experience required
8+ Years IT-related experience required
Experience in Workday Configuration required
Requirements management tool experience (Azure DevOps or others) preferred
Experience in Workday Configuration preferred
Lead an Agile/Iterative project team in the role of business analyst required
Knowledge of programming languages, project management, and application or systems development methodologies required
Advanced oral and written communication skills required
Advanced investigative, analytical and problem-solving skills required
Advanced data analysis skill required
Basic SQL query writing skills required
Workday Pro certification preferred
