About the role
- Support various life and health reinsurance clients across all reinsurance administration processes
- Develop and maintain client relationships and manage projects
- Conduct research and analysis to support business operations
- Implement life reinsurance solutions and services for clients
- Review client systems to identify deficiencies and propose improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or equivalent experience
- Foundation level certification in ITIL v3 (preferred)
- Demonstrated knowledge of all procedures within the immediate team and a working understanding of other functional areas
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities while ensuring quality work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, SQL, and working with large datasets
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
