About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Be the face of our firm on campus—lead, plan, and energize recruiting events like career fairs, networking sessions, and leadership programs across Michigan and Northern Ohio
- Engage and inspire students through presentations, panels, and interactive experiences
- Champion our brand by showcasing what makes our culture, people, and opportunities stand out
- Identify top talent by reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and guiding candidates through the hiring journey
- Partner closely with leaders across the firm to anticipate hiring needs and shape recruiting strategies
- Build meaningful relationships with professors, career services teams, and student organizations to strengthen our campus presence
- Think creatively—explore new ideas, events, and channels to attract diverse and high-potential candidates
- Leverage tools and technology to streamline the recruiting process and enhance candidate experience
- Support initiatives beyond campus recruiting, contributing to broader talent acquisition efforts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, Accounting, or related field
- Experience (or strong interest) in early talent development, talent acquisition, or campus engagement
- A natural ability to connect, communicate, and present with confidence and enthusiasm
- A passion for building relationships with students and helping them navigate and launch their careers
- Experience managing multiple recruiting initiatives, events, and timelines simultaneously
- Familiarity with recruiting systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Willingness and enthusiasm to travel and maintain a strong on-campus presence to connect with top talent
