About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Healthcare Referral Development: Proactively identify, qualify, and initiate clinical outreach with medical providers (Physicians, Orthopedists, Surgeons) to expand clinical reach.
  • Brand Advocacy: Serve as the primary point of contact for medical offices, effectively presenting the clinical value and specialty programs of Rehab United, Resolve Wellness, and Fit Societe.
  • B2B Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term partnerships with existing and prospective referral sources to ensure Rehab United remains their preferred provider.
  • Cross-Brand Integration: Identify opportunities for internal referrals and cross-branding, ensuring clients are educated on the complementary benefits of all three brands.
  • Strategic Growth & Analysis: Conduct market research on the local healthcare landscape and collaborate with the CFOO and marketing team on geographic expansion and outreach campaigns.
  • CRM Operations: Maintain real-time records of all outreach and interactions to provide data-driven reports and track progress against KPIs.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Exceptional Communication: Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to navigate complex clinical conversations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Solid experience with CRM software and a strong understanding of sales pipelines and market intelligence.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze industry trends and demographics to execute brand-specific outreach strategies.
  • Results-Oriented: Proven ability to meet targets related to lead generation, partner acquisition, and meeting volume.
  • Preferred Experience: Prior experience in healthcare business development, provider relations, or medical sales is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
