About the role
- You are responsible for the editorial development of 90s music and pop culture formats for radio, audio, online and social media at 90s90s.
- You research and independently develop topics beyond common 90s mainstream clichés and shape them into compelling stories, specials and series.
- You plan and coordinate topics, programming initiatives and broadcast segments in close cooperation with program management, production and online and social media teams.
- You monitor trends, evaluate performance data and feedback, and further develop existing formats or contribute new ideas and concepts.
- You increase brand awareness for 90s90s and actively involve the community.
Requirements
- A completed editorial traineeship (Volontariat) in a journalistic environment is required, ideally within a music, pop culture or audio editorial team.
- Several years of editorial experience with own format responsibility.
- Deep knowledge of 90s music and pop culture beyond common mainstream clichés (e.g. Bravo Hits, boy bands, etc.).
- Demonstrable experience in developing and producing successful pieces, series or formats.
- Structured working style and strong self-organization as well as pronounced coordination skills.
- Ability to plan and deliver multiple projects in parallel.
- High degree of personal responsibility, decisiveness, implementation strength and motivation.
- Technical understanding and openness to modern tools — including AI applications.
- Strong affinity for radio, streaming, social media and digital audio offerings.
