About the role

  • Primary support in project management and sales; occasional involvement in operational activities and marketing
  • Support in project management for existing and new projects (e.g., event organization, customer contact, research, preparation of materials, internal project-management tasks and coordination, contribution to proposal preparation, drafting press releases and specialist articles)
  • Tasks in vehicle management; customer service duties (including advising customers)
  • Research, analysis and creation of marketing materials; sales activities and identification of new customers/partners; support in applying to events, competitions, etc.
  • Opportunity to set thematic priorities across different areas of responsibility and to work long-term on independently developed projects

Requirements

  • Enrolled student in mobility management, transport planning, geography, economics, natural sciences, social sciences or a related field
  • Very good Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Very good German language skills
  • Analytical and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Enjoy working in a small team
  • Willingness to be mobile and flexible with regard to work location
