About the role
- Responsible for the business logic of verification
- Own the P&L for the department
- Design and execute a scalable verification ecosystem
- Oversee and manage the Standards team in the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of protocols and verification methodologies
- Lead the transition and advancement toward tech-enabled verifications
- Directly manage, mentor, and develop a diverse team of technical experts
- Oversee the development of comprehensive internal training materials
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Operational Leadership with P&L responsibility and team management
- Experience in certification bodies, audit operations, consulting, or scalable service delivery
- Experience in franchising, licensing, or partner-network is a bonus
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in tools such as Salesforce, project management software, and data analysis and modelling tools
- Ability to explain technical or complex concepts simply, clearly, and with empathy
- Must have a passion for regenerative agriculture and a desire to support farmers, ranchers, and partners
