About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engage Oncology Specialists treating NSCLC/NMSC and other key experts within assigned accounts
- Present clinically focused selling messages to grow brand share and revenue
- Build and grow revenue and consistently deliver product goals
- Collaborate with Regional Directors, Territory-based Oncology Account Specialists, OKALs, Reimbursement Specialists, Reimbursement and Access Specialists, and Key Account Managers
- Resolve customer needs, identify market dynamics and trends, and develop territory strategies
- Develop strong working relationships with designated accounts and specialists
- Execute market profiling activities covering regional and local healthcare delivery, influencers, and payer systems
- Identify business opportunities and coordinate Regeneron Oncology account-team efforts
- Support contracting pull-through with accounts
- Develop relationships across each account to understand objectives, goals, and challenges
- Identify approved Regeneron Oncology resources aligned with customer needs
- Maintain compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures governing pharmaceutical and biological product promotion in the US
- Travel and cover large-geography territories
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 3 years of successful experience in Oncology sales
- Buy-and-bill experience with biologics required
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with NSCLC/NMSC thought leaders or high-influence customers in group practices, academic hospitals, or key institutions
- Current account-management experience calling on large Oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks
- Strong understanding of the Oncology NSCLC/NMSC therapeutic area and current Oncology marketplace
- Ability to collaborate with and coordinate activity among individuals in different reporting structures
- Passion for and aptitude for learning science
- Proactive approach to strengthening knowledge of disease states, treatment options, and healthcare trends
- Ability to travel and cover large-geography territories
- Master’s degree or additional advanced education/certifications is a plus
- NSCLC and/or NMSC experience preferred
