About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and lead execution of Field Reimbursement readiness priorities, translating organizational objectives into scalable field capabilities
- Translate strategy into integrated readiness programs, ensuring alignment across tools, processes, and field execution
- Drive the adoption of tools, dashboards, CRM capabilities, and processes
- Serve as an escalation point for field reimbursement operations, influencing execution and removing barriers to performance
- Oversee operational performance, identify systemic gaps, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead implementation of enhancements, new initiatives, and process improvements across the readiness ecosystem
- Support deployment and maintenance of reporting aligned to predefined KPIs
- Partner with Analytics to ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Gather field feedback and synthesize analytics to inform leadership decision-making and drive continuous improvement
- Support onboarding, POAs, Train-the-Trainer sessions, and field meetings
- Ensure training programs and materials are aligned to evolving business needs, tools, and performance expectations
- Coordinate with PSS, Market Access, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Medical, Legal, and Compliance
- Support incentive compensation administration readiness
- Execute responsibilities in compliance with legal and company policies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree required
- 8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech experience; Rare Disease preferred
- Experience supporting field teams through enablement, operations, or training
- Strong executional mindset and collaboration skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
