About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and lead the Financial Reporting and Analysis for assigned programs and collaborations
- Prepare quarterly forecasts and monthly actuals reporting
- Communicate the status of each program’s financial execution and variances
- Support clinical teams with building detailed budgets for clinical trials
- Track and monitor clinical trial financials through study completion
- Translate operational components of development plans to detailed forecasts
- Work with cross-functional teams to manage and communicate P&L implications
- Lead and participate in departmental initiatives to improve ways of working
- Perform ad hoc projects and financial analyses to solve business problems
Requirements
What you’ll need- BS in a business or quantitative field
- 3-5+ years’ experience with forecasting, budgeting and/or business partnering
- ideally experience in a science or research-driven environment
- MBA/CPA/CFA a plus
