About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and lead the Financial Reporting and Analysis for assigned programs and collaborations
  • Prepare quarterly forecasts and monthly actuals reporting
  • Communicate the status of each program’s financial execution and variances
  • Support clinical teams with building detailed budgets for clinical trials
  • Track and monitor clinical trial financials through study completion
  • Translate operational components of development plans to detailed forecasts
  • Work with cross-functional teams to manage and communicate P&L implications
  • Lead and participate in departmental initiatives to improve ways of working
  • Perform ad hoc projects and financial analyses to solve business problems

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BS in a business or quantitative field
  • 3-5+ years’ experience with forecasting, budgeting and/or business partnering
  • ideally experience in a science or research-driven environment
  • MBA/CPA/CFA a plus
