About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and lead the Financial Reporting and Analysis for assigned programs and collaborations
Prepare quarterly forecasts and monthly actuals reporting
Communicate the status of each program’s financial execution and variances
Support clinical teams with building detailed budgets for clinical trials
Track and monitor clinical trial financials through study completion
Translate operational components of development plans to detailed forecasts
Work with cross-functional teams to manage and communicate P&L implications
Lead and participate in departmental initiatives to improve ways of working
Perform ad hoc projects and financial analyses to solve business problems

Requirements

What you’ll need

BS in a business or quantitative field
3-5+ years’ experience with forecasting, budgeting and/or business partnering
ideally experience in a science or research-driven environment
MBA/CPA/CFA a plus
