- Manage country feasibility assessments and operational landscape activities
- Develop vendor strategies with sourcing teams and external partners
- Deliver patient insights to inform protocol design and study execution
- Collaborate effectively across diverse, global stakeholder groups
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience operationalizing clinical development programs globally
- Proven ability to develop patient recruitment and retention strategies
- Experience using data to inform clinical strategy and decision-making
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience building relationships across cross-functional teams and partners
- Experience in process development, implementation, and change management
