Key responsibilities & impact

Leading daily stand-ups, grooming backlogs, and approving Appian user stories for study-design workflows
Facilitating workshops with clinical stakeholders to map current vs. future processes and prioritize AI-enabled improvements
Reviewing solution architecture to ensure secure, scalable integrations with data, analytics, and LLM-based services
Supervise sprint progress, mitigating risks, and updating program leadership on timelines, budget, and return of investment (ROI)

Requirements

What you’ll need

BS/BA with 8–10 years proven experience (or MS/MBA with 6+ years as an equivalent), including 3 years in enterprise SaaS and 1+ year delivering generative/agentic AI solutions
Proven success implementing Appian or similar BPM platforms for clinical or regulated environments
Consistent track record driving process optimization, agile delivery, and cross-system integrations in Global Development
