Key responsibilities & impact

provide operational leadership and manage components of development programs
contribute to the cross-functional development team to develop strategic plans including goals, budgets, timelines and track execution from preclinical through commercialization/lifecycle management
support select subteam and/or functional area meetings under the direction of a manager or DPM Lead
identify stakeholders across the organization to facilitate cross-functional reviews/alignments of key documents
track deliverables, risks, and issues
escalate issues/risks to appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner
gather information relevant to issues and formulate solutions
build relationships and effectively collaborate with department and cross-functional colleagues

Requirements

What you’ll need

a minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required
5+ years of relevant project management experience, preferably in the drug development/pharmaceutical industry
