Key responsibilities & impact

provide overall clinical scientific leadership for the cell therapy program
responsible for clinical development strategy and execution of clinical trials
partner with the Global Program Head to design development strategy
act as medical expert in interactions with collaborators
develop unique and innovative clinical strategies to shorten development cycle
lead clinical teams and manage MDs and clinical scientists

Requirements

What you’ll need

advanced degree in medicine (MD or equivalent), MD/PhD strongly preferred
specialized fellowship training Hematology or Oncology preferred
minimum of 6-8 years of industry experience in related therapeutic area clinical development
cell therapy drug development experience preferred
people management experience is a plus
