Key responsibilities & impact

Ensuring operational activities between Regeneron and external laboratory partners run efficiently
Acting as core internal liaison between external lab partners and Regeneron colleagues
Overseeing laboratory issues by providing oversight, solutions, and support
Ensuring collaboration with Vendor Management, Quality Assurance, and other departments
Triage, manage, and mitigate risk associated with external laboratory partner escalations
Liaise with external lab partners to create and maintain training documents
Identify and lead process improvements at external laboratory partners
Support quality audits and scientific alignment with external laboratory partners
Monitor and improve key stakeholder performance at external laboratory partners

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience as a laboratory Project Manager at a central lab
Minimum of a BS degree in science/Medical Technology
Knowledge of the clinical drug development process/clinical trials
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to communicate effectively
Managerial experience/responsibility for direct supervision is a plus
