About the role
- Provide operational leadership, direction, and support to assigned development programs
- Drive strategic plans including goals, budgets, timelines
- Monitor execution of plans from preclinical through commercialization/lifecycle management

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 12+ years of in-house pharmaceutical program management
- Knowledge of the drug development process
- Understanding of clinical trials
