About the role

  • Guide and motivate sales and key account teams across Benelux markets to meet business goals while upholding compliance standards
  • Develop and deliver strategic account plans aligned with brand strategy and incentive compensation
  • Act as key link between markets, sharing findings across countries to strengthen collective performance
  • Work with Marketing, Medical, and Commercial Operations to ensure alignment
  • Manage operational effectiveness by tracking important metrics and promoting proficient team use of CRM platforms (like Veeva)
  • Travel regularly to connect with teams, customers, and partners

Requirements

  • extensive biopharmaceutical experience
  • proven track record of leading international Oncology sales teams to meet or exceed targets
  • Immuno-Oncology sales experience is strongly preferred
  • demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic account plans
  • experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Veeva) and digital promotion tools
  • excellent leadership, planning, and interpersonal skills
  • strong English skills
  • history of successful performance marked by integrity
