About the role
- support the launch activities of a new product in rare disease
- develop and maintain collaboration and integration with all cross-functional staff
- communicate patient and provider needs into process and technical requirements
- manage vendor(s) associated with operating the program
- create materials that support program messaging
- help develop training materials and participate in train-the-trainer sessions
Requirements
- Rare Disease patient support program experience
- previous case management experience
- deep understanding of the Patient Services internal and vendor landscape
- excellent organizational and communication skills
- previous experience in managing a buy and bill reimbursement or patient assistance program
- 8+ years of pharmaceutical experience
- bachelor's degree at a minimum
- previous social work experience preferred
- launch experience within the Rare Disease space
