About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead development of statistical and machine learning models to optimize performance
- Design and execute A/B/n experiments for measurable improvements
- Translate results into production-ready solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify use cases
- Own the model lifecycle from ideation to performance monitoring
- Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences
- Contribute to data science practices and frameworks
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or related analytical roles
- Strong Python and SQL skills
- Experience with statistical modeling, experimentation, and machine learning frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
- Hands-on experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests
- Strong communicator, comfortable working across multiple teams
- Understanding the impact of algorithms on product performance
