About the role

  • Gather insights from other team members and customers to understand the impact and pain points of products and packages Refindable sells.
  • Have a fully understand of what products and packages Refindable sells, help to standardize and create documentation on how they work and how should be implemented for the technical implementation teams.
  • Be a referent and owner of our product and packages for other team members
  • Propose improvements for the products and packages and make sure they are tested and implemented.
  • Define KPIs for product and packages and create reports based on those KPIs to track progress

Requirements

  • Experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst or Product Analyst
  • Knowledge of Marketing Automation, sales processes, CRMs (Hubspot if possible), Zapier
  • Good use of Google sheets
  • Ability to create sketches of system designs (UX/UI) and process logic
