About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own customer deployment end to end, from signed contract to a revenue team running its daily motion on Reevo
- Configure Reevo around each customer's business model, sales motion, and constraints, including pipelines, stages, fields, workflows, and reporting
- Wire up integrations such as lead forms, webhooks, and quick data syncs using light scripting
- Scope production-code needs and partner with Forward Deployed Software Engineers
- Map, import, and quality-assure customer data migrations
- Drive product adoption through user onboarding and training
- Identify and remove barriers preventing users from logging in
- Turn deployments into repeatable playbooks and successful customers into references
- Surface customer process pain points and create prescriptive deployments
- Travel to customer sites for onsite sprints
Requirements
What you’ll need- New graduate or approximately 0–3 years of experience; any major
- Comfortable with data
- Appetite to learn SQL, APIs, and light scripting
- Consultative instincts to diagnose customer needs and prescribe setups
- Willingness to work onsite in San Francisco
- Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and light scripting
- Desire to learn SQL, APIs, and integrations quickly
- Customer-first implementation approach
- Ability to map workflows and turn messy requirements into clean solutions
- Bonus: exposure to CRM/RevOps or sales tooling
- Bonus: experience shipping small scripts and integrations
- Must address United States employment visa sponsorship status in the application
