What you’ll need

Strong customer orientation with a knack for translating user needs into impactful solutions
Comfort with data analysis, experimentation, and using data to drive decisions
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, hit deadlines, and deliver high-quality work
Self-starter with a bias for action, who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building from scratch
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust across diverse teams
