About the role

  • Responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of a team of around 20 production employees
  • Ensure smooth production operations and compliance with production schedules
  • Monitor and optimize production processes with regard to quality, efficiency and safety
  • Perform maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting of technical equipment in collaboration with the technical team
  • Document and analyze production metrics and derive improvement measures
  • Foster a safe and motivating working environment

Requirements

  • Completed technical vocational training with further qualification as a technician/master craftsman (Techniker/Meister) or a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a comparable field
  • Several years of professional experience in an industrial production environment, ideally with initial leadership experience
  • Strong technical knowledge, especially in electrical engineering or plant/equipment engineering
  • Hands-on mentality, sense of responsibility and organizational skills
  • Good written and spoken German — Dutch language skills are an advantage
