About the role
- Independently manage all purchasing processes
- Organize and coordinate incoming goods inspections
- Responsible for handling all customs matters
- Monitor and coordinate product orders and deliveries
- Ensure on-time delivery of materials and products
- Monitor inventory levels and place reorders as needed
- Support the creation and maintenance of product data and price lists
- Document and archive all relevant purchasing records
- Close collaboration with internal departments such as production, logistics and sales
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification
- Experience in procurement or materials management
- Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to work
- Independent and proactive way of working
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience with ERP/inventory management systems
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Business-fluent English, both written and spoken
