About the role

  • Develop and execute integrated communication plans for the brand's digital platforms and channels.
  • Create written content for various formats: posts, stories, captions, scripts, newsletters, and campaign materials.
  • Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all content (voice, tone, and visual aesthetic).
  • Manage the editorial calendar, including scheduling, publishing, and coordinating with creative and commercial teams.
  • Analyze content performance (engagement, reach, conversion) and translate insights into strategic adjustments.
  • Research trends, new formats, and opportunities on emerging platforms.
  • Produce periodic performance reports with results and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Journalism, Marketing, Social Communication, or a related field.
  • Preferred experience developing communication plans and managing editorial calendars; analyzing social media performance data; researching references, influencers, and content ideas; and producing performance reports (content, engagement, reach, and investment/spend).
