About the role
- Personnel management and professional development of the data protection consulting team
- Capacity planning for the team and responsibility for successful delivery and quality assurance of client projects
- Active participation in and leadership of consulting engagements, in particular advising on, drafting, and implementing security and data protection concepts, processes, templates and tools, and supporting the development and implementation of appropriate management systems (DSMS in combination with ISMS)
- Responsibility for and execution of opportunity management for client projects
- Delivering data protection training (internal/external)
- Active contribution to the further development and professional delivery of data protection services
- Active support of the Sales team in implementing activities and managing client relationships (pre-/post-sales)
Requirements
- Solid education and further training in data protection and information security
- Professional experience in data protection and information security, including leading projects of various types and sizes
- Certifications in data protection (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPT, or similar) and/or in information security (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM, or similar) are an advantage
- Experience in team leadership
- Cooperative approach as a team-oriented and loyal individual in cross-team collaboration
- Impeccable personal and professional standing
- Excellent German and fluent English skills; additional French is a plus
