About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the HR department's administrative tasks
- Handle administrative follow-up, including recording invoices and managing reminders
- Contribute to centralizing HR indicators (KPIs) and monitoring the department's budget
- Manage administrative aspects of temporary/agency worker contracts
- Organize meetings with employee representatives
- Assist in preparing presentation materials and indicators for works council (CSE) meetings
- Create employee profiles in the HR software/system
Requirements
What you’ll need- Post-secondary diploma (Bac+2) in Human Resources, SME/SMI Management, or equivalent
- At least 7 years' experience in an HR assistant or HR generalist role
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
- Highly organized with strong written communication and spelling skills in French and English
- Knowledge of employment law is essential
- Knowledge of the Syntec collective agreement is a plus
- Business-level English (professional proficiency) required
