About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide organizational support within the Legal Department
- Manage onboarding for new Legal Department employees
- Participate in the daily management of the Legal Department and organize events
- Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications of the Legal Department
- Provide assistance on cross-functional legal matters
- Monitor the portfolio of intellectual property rights
- Support and participate in activities related to GDPR compliance policy as well as Anti-Corruption compliance policy
- Contribute to the implementation of common procedures and tools within the Legal Department
- Participate in the development, facilitation and optimization of legal processes
- Monitor the Legal Department's budget
- Coordinate external service providers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum Bac +2/3 diploma (BTS or DUT) in secretarial or legal assistance, legal careers or SME management, or a professional bachelor's degree in law or legal assistance
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in a company or law firm
- Good professional level of English
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office
