About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Do you love helping women change their lives and improve the quality of their life?
  • You will do this by speaking with qualified inbound applicants over the phone for the Redefining Strength Coaching Program.
  • You must practice high levels of leadership, integrity, and stay in alignment with Redefining Strength's core values of ownership, synergy, drive, and passion during all conversations.
  • This is a not cold-calling position. You will be speaking with pre-qualified applicants who have applied to our coaching program or those our appointment setters have scheduled onto your calendar.
  • The role of this position is to guide and educate the prospects on the Coaching Program and sign them up.
  • We have a proven sales process and provide you with ongoing sales training from an in-house sales consultant.
  • You must be comfortable and confident in selling over the phone and, most importantly, helping women change their lives. This is about more than just weight loss; it's about making an impact.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience as a high-ticket phone closer ($3K+ offers)
  • Confident and composed leading consultative, 45-minute sales conversations
  • Ability to uncover objections and guide prospects to a clear decision
  • Comfortable discussing money directly and respectfully
  • Strong emotional intelligence
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive without micromanagement or rigid schedules
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional environment for calls
