About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Speak with qualified inbound applicants over the phone for the Redefining Strength Coaching Program
- Practice high levels of leadership, integrity, and stay in alignment with Redefining Strength's core values during conversations
- Guide and educate the prospects on the Coaching Program and sign them up
- Cover weekends and West Coast evenings (4–9 PM PT)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience as a high-ticket phone closer ($3K+ offers)
- Confident and composed leading consultative, 45-minute sales conversations
- Ability to uncover objections and guide prospects to a clear decision
- Comfortable discussing money directly and respectfully
- Strong emotional intelligence
- Self-motivated and able to thrive without micromanagement or rigid schedules
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional environment for calls
