About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Main Focus (NF IDEIA): Responsible for the complete onboarding of new clients, ensuring the correct configuration of the solution and the user's initial success.
NFideia Project: Collect customer feedback with the objective of directly contributing to the development and refinement of the NF IDEIA project, assisting in the structuring of internal processes.
Direct Interface: Work in direct collaboration with management to strategically implement new clients for this new Ideia Business product.
