About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create graphic assets for online and offline media (social media, enrollment campaigns, email marketing, printed materials, billboards, brochures, and signage);
Produce promotional materials for unit and network campaigns (events, extracurricular courses, and institutional programs);
Layout educational and institutional materials;
Apply and uphold the brand visual identity across all materials, following the Rede Decisão Brand Guide;
Adapt assets for different formats and channels;
Respond to requests from the Communications and Marketing team based on structured briefs, meeting deadlines and approval workflows;
Organize and maintain design files in an accessible and standardized manner.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience as a Designer, with a portfolio demonstrating work for social media and printed materials;
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign);
Knowledge of editorial layout and pagination;
Attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency;
Good communication, organization, and discipline in meeting deadlines;
Availability to work as a contractor (PJ), with the ability to issue invoices.
