About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide information to employees and managers about benefits and resolve related questions
- Advise departments and employees on labor and social security legislation, union clauses, collective bargaining agreements, and internal policies
- Manage processing and submission of terminations in accordance with legislation
- Process and finalize employment terminations (homologations)
- Review and register new employees in the electronic timekeeping system
- Extract system reports related to timekeeping adjustments, ensuring information flow to payroll
- Generate vacation schedules (vacation roster)
- Prepare and produce reports, maps, statistics, and area KPIs, including overtime and benefit costs
- Monitor labor claims/legal proceedings and provide documentation to the legal team
- Conduct institutional onboarding sessions
- Organize and participate in employee engagement initiatives
- Provide training for new managers on role routines and systems used
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Previous experience with personnel/payroll (DP) routines and employee service is a plus
- Knowledge of labor legislation, vacation rules, and HR metrics
- Availability for initial training during regular business hours
- Role open to candidates with disabilities (PwD)
