About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement unified PRODORs/POPs for nursing in SADT (Diagnostic and Therapy Support Services), ensuring care consistency and optimized workflows
- Standardize operational policy documentation and ensure the correct use of standardized Questionnaires and Informed Consent Forms (ICF) across units
- Promote best practices and standardize pre-examination workflows
- Improve the patient journey by promoting best practices for pre- and post-examination phases
- Provide direct support for quality visits, ensuring the implementation, review, and dissemination of the radiology practice manual
- Complete, analyze, compare, and propose action plans for Qualidor indicators
- Use data to identify bottlenecks, propose improvements, and monitor the impact of actions in collaboration with local management
- Support the project analyzing contrast agent consumption across units
- Coordinate continuous training programs for SADT nursing teams
- Evaluate staffing and suggest improvements
- Act as the focal point for Unit Coordinators
- Serve as a reference and problem-solver for nursing-specific challenges in SADT
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Nursing with active COREN registration (Brazilian Nursing Council)
- Experience in radiology/SADT (Diagnostic and Therapy Support Services)
- Proven experience in developing and managing POPs/PRODORs, care protocols, and documentation (questionnaires and Informed Consent Forms - ICF)
- Knowledge of quality management, accreditation, and clinical/care indicators
- Preferred: experience with quality management systems, data and indicator analysis, and corporate/multi-site roles
