About the role
- Lead the end-to-end architectural design for ServiceNow IRM
- Design and deploy specialized solutions for the regulatory requirements of the EU/US Financial or Pharma sectors
- Architect integrations between ServiceNow and third-party enterprise tools
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team
- Act in high-stakes client discussions translating complex business risks into scalable technical roadmaps
- Willingness to travel to client sites on a need basis
Requirements
- 8+ years of core ServiceNow experience
- 4+ years dedicated to GRC/IRM modules
- Proven track record of building IRM solutions for highly regulated global industries
- Strong hands-on experience with Advanced Risk Assessments, Entity Scoping, and Automated Evidence Collection
- Certifications (A Huge Plus): ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Vendor Risk Management, ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect or Application Lead
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
