Key responsibilities & impact

Support the production of content for internal communication channels.
Assist in drafting press releases, statements, and materials intended for the media.
Update and organize journalist and media outlet mailing lists.
Monitor news and prepare media clippings.
Support relationships with journalists and influencers under team guidance.
Provide support for projects run by account teams.
Organize information for reports, presentations, and client materials.
Assist in tracking storylines, schedules, and project deliverables.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in Journalism or Public Relations, preferably from the 4th semester onwards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong writing skills and command of the Portuguese language.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Interest in corporate communications, reputation management, press relations, and internal communications.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
Proactive and eager to learn.
Comfortable working in a team.
Interest in an agency environment and the dynamics of servicing multiple clients.
