About the role
- Participate in immersion meetings and provide updates on project progress.
- Develop and execute the strategic plan to serve the client (Rede).
- Keep clients' communication strategies up to date by revisiting the plan, identifying, enhancing, and adjusting proposed actions.
- Identify, from information gathered with the client, topics and opportunities for media and event placements that align with the defined strategy.
- Propose and execute other communication and relationship actions with stakeholders, such as digital influencers and opinion leaders, aligned with the client's defined strategy.
- Compile and update media and opinion leader mailing lists to meet client needs.
- Produce content such as press releases, white papers, corporate presentations, speeches, Q&A documents, and articles to fulfill the client's defined strategy.
- Conduct follow-up with engaged audiences.
- Monitor client interviews with media outlets, including in crisis situations, advising on appropriate demeanor and language, preparing and approving content, and providing necessary support to the client before and after the interview.
- Handle communication requests from the client's executive board.
- Contribute to developing a risk map for predictive crisis management by analyzing potential scenarios and sensitive or priority topics for the client.
- Produce and send press kits (define items, prepare and approve budget) following internal procedures.
- Monitor clients' media clippings using specific tools and meeting their requirements.
- Plan and organize engagement events with opinion leaders to increase visibility for the client's brand.
- Identify process improvement opportunities within the area and communication opportunities, and forward them to Coordination.
- Prepare reports on results, interviews, relationship meetings, etc.
- Ensure high-quality service to internal and external clients according to defined procedures, safeguarding institutional reputation and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Communication or related fields
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate communications
- Experience in media relations and press engagement
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge of social media management
- Project management
