About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own Catalogs and Applied Product Knowledge Graph (PKG) end-to-end as a platform connecting Reddit’s paid and organic Shopping surfaces
  • Reduce advertiser onboarding time through better error handling, automated feed-issue resolution, product ID/item-group ID matching, and URL-to-catalog automation
  • Establish the foundations of a Reddit Merchant Center
  • Drive LLM-based catalog enrichment, catalog-driven ad overlays, and Catalog Insights
  • Define the 1–3 year Catalogs and Applied PKG strategy and roadmap across four pillars
  • Unlock advertiser demand through Limitless Catalogs, regional EMEA metadata, and Shopify integration
  • Partner with Ads Content Understanding to connect ad catalogs, the Product Knowledge Graph, and organic product mentions
  • Define and own metrics including catalog-driven ROAS, PKG product-view coverage, onboarding time, and revenue unlocked
  • Build dashboards and establish the goal-setting cadence
  • Represent Catalogs and Applied PKG in leadership reviews, working teams, and executive readouts
  • Communicate with PMs, engineers, sales, and senior leadership
  • Partner deeply with Catalogs engineering, Ads Content Understanding, and organic Shopping teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience
  • At least 3 years in AdTech, retail media, marketplaces, or shopping/e-commerce platforms
  • Experience with product knowledge graphs, product entity resolution, or product taxonomies at scale
  • Comfortable creating scalable agentic workflows and using AI for data analysis and task automation
  • Evidence of building AI products at work or as a hobby
  • Experience shipping product feed ingestion, catalog management, product knowledge graphs, retail media catalogs, or comparable systems
  • Familiarity with product feeds and failure points in Google Merchant Center, Meta Commerce Manager, Pinterest, or TikTok Shop
  • Ability to scope an MVP, ship it, operate it, build net-new products, and improve production systems
  • Experience delivering initiatives spanning 3+ engineering teams plus PMM, Sales, and Ops
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executives and earn trust with senior engineers
  • Comfortable making decisions with imperfect information and making reasonable risk/reward tradeoffs
  • ML fluency is nice to have
  • Experience with LLM-driven content understanding or feature engineering is nice to have
  • Experience shipping for SMB-via-platform channels such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or BigCommerce is nice to have
  • Experience with multi-region catalog/pricing systems is nice to have
  • Experience building or operating a Merchant Center, catalog QA tool, or advertiser-facing data console is nice to have
