About the role

  • Build Reddit’s Advanced Measurement platform focused on experimentation-based ads measurement (Brand Lift, Conversion Lift, Split Testing, Experimentation Platform)
  • Define and evolve strategy, architecture, and standards to scale Lift and experimentation products
  • Own the roadmap and delivery for your team; prioritize work, coach individual contributors and tech leads, and foster autonomy
  • Partner with Data Science, Marketing Science, Design, Product Marketing, and Product Management to deliver products
  • Partner with Recruiting to define hiring needs, write job descriptions, source, interview, and hire a diverse, high-performing team
  • Set clear goals, craft growth plans, mentor engineers and managers, and create leadership opportunities
  • Establish processes and tooling to improve reliability, performance, and product quality; ensure product requirements, customer needs, and SLAs are met
  • Serve as a thought partner to Product and company leadership; influence prioritization and communicate team status, trade-offs, and mitigations

Requirements

  • 4+ years of engineering people leadership, including hiring and scaling teams (ideally through >100% growth)
  • Domain experience in ads measurement (signals, identity, attribution, third-party integrations) and privacy-aware systems
  • Hands-on familiarity with Brand Lift and Conversion Lift methodologies and tooling
  • Proven experience managing teams end-to-end: hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development
  • Track record of building 0→1 products and scaling existing product lines
  • Strong technical background: able to dive deep into architecture and unblock complex problems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; effective with technical and non-technical audiences in a fully remote environment
  • Data-informed decision maker with experience using metrics and experimentation to guide strategy
  • Experience building experimentation platforms at scale (e.g., split testing, lift measurement)
  • Exposure to multi-year product strategy development and execution
  • Passion for healthy, highly productive teams and cross-functional collaboration (PM, PMM, DS, Sales, etc.)
