About the role
- Reddit is a community of communities with 100,000+ active communities and ~101M+ daily active unique visitors.
- Team: Join Reddit Ads SMB team building 0->1 products to make Reddit a destination for businesses of all sizes.
- Product Strategy: Set vision, goals and strategy based on qualitative and quantitative customer data.
- Bias for action: Drive execution, define long-term roadmap and quarterly OKRs, manage launches and iterate on performance.
- Data-driven decisions: Use analytics and customer feedback to identify pain points and make trade-offs backed by clear decisioning.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with engineering, data science, UX, marketing and sales to ensure alignment.
- Communication: Present regularly across functions and to C-level executives as a senior product leader.
Requirements
- Proven experience working on large initiatives, across teams, and on highly cross-functional products
- 8+ years of product management experience in a technology company
- Experience in growing SMB advertiser base
- Experience with building Recommendations advertising solutions
- A track record of developing and championing product strategy and vision with quantifiable business impact
- A compelling influencer with demonstrated experience working with Sales & Marketing teams, along with other cross functional teams to drive alignment, leveraging strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and execution skills.
- Technical degree (computer science, engineering, mathematics, economics or related field)
- Plus: Strong depth of understanding with Machine Learning, and experience driving strategy for ML based AdTech products
