Key responsibilities & impact

Build ad experiences and create patterns for Reddit’s web app that enhance ads’ performance and functionality
Collaborate across product, design, and engineering teams to innovate and implement sophisticated solutions for complex challenges
Engage in the full development cycle: design, develop, QA, experiment, analyze, and deploy

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in Web Engineering
Proficient in Typescript and Javascript
Willingness to tackle data-intensive, highly responsive, and fault-tolerant applications
Experience with automated testing best practices, code quality/design patterns, and observability
Skilled at performing insightful code reviews and receiving feedback
Experience leveraging GenAI tools to increase software engineering productivity
Excellent communication skills for collaboration in a fully remote environment and discussion of complex topics with technical and non-technical audiences
Experience working on ad tech (preferred)
Experience working on consumer-facing sites at production value and scale (preferred)
