About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute and monitor implementation and enhancement initiatives for the One Identity Manager (IGA) solution, applying best practices and ensuring operational stability
Apply technical expertise in market-leading identity protection solutions, supporting projects and ongoing maintenance
Implement and maintain policies, processes, and controls for identity lifecycle management, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and periodic access reviews
Ensure technical integration of the IGA solution with corporate systems (ERP, CRM, Active Directory, and critical applications)
Identify opportunities for automation and optimization of identity and access processes, proposing operational improvements
Support technical relationships with vendors, such as One Identity, and implementation partners, ensuring alignment with company needs
Serve as a technical reference in identity and access management
Support audits and security incident response

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Engineering, or related fields
Experience implementing and supporting Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions, especially One Identity Manager
Knowledge of IAM (Identity and Access Management) and PAM (Privileged Access Management)
Knowledge of access control models RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) and ABAC (Attribute-Based Access Control)
Technical familiarity with SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect protocols
Experience applying these protocols in hybrid and cloud environments
Advanced English is a plus but not required
