About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Hold meetings with the Operations area to perform the initial alignment of the scope for services and/or more complex projects, mapping and/or reviewing requirements, project scope and other definitions, ensuring internal alignment between the executing teams and the service contracted by the Commercial team.
  • Conduct initial meetings with Redbelt Security clients to align the scope of services and/or more complex projects, requirements, activities for each phase, responsibilities, deadlines and other variables, ensuring alignment between the client and Redbelt Security’s Operations teams.
  • Prepare detailed planning for services and/or more complex projects, based on specific methodologies and the defined scope, structuring activities and responsibilities, deadlines for each project phase, frequency of meetings and reporting, among other variables, producing a formal project plan for subsequent implementation management.
  • Monitor adherence to the execution schedule for services and/or more complex projects at Redbelt Security clients through reports that measure deadlines and compliance with the planned execution. Evaluate and suggest improvements as the project progresses, proposing corrective actions to meet the plan within the expected timeframe.
  • Monitor services and/or more complex projects with respect to requirements, deadlines, activities and quality, producing status reports according to the established cadence for control and intervention when necessary.
  • Ensure that planned deliverables for each phase of services and/or more complex projects are met in terms of scope, schedule, cost and quality, assessing results, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions such as contingency plans and/or activity rescheduling to ensure delivery in accordance with the initial alignment.
  • Serve as the interface between Redbelt Security clients and all teams involved in designing the services and/or more complex projects, such as Cloud Security, Red Team, Blue Team, GRC, etc., evaluating and suggesting improvements to ensure delivery within scope, schedule and quality.
  • Provide status reports to clients according to the established cadence for the project phases, based on the agreed schedule and using specific tools, intervening in critical cases and engaging Redbelt Security internal teams for proper handling to ensure client satisfaction with the project delivery.
  • Monitor the project knowledge and the services delivered to Redbelt Security clients, organizing and documenting deliverables throughout the service provision to formalize project closure.
  • Coordinate the team from both technical and behavioral perspectives, monitoring attendance and performance, providing feedback, recommending training and development, promotions and salary progression. Interact with HR to apply and manage people management tools and processes, promote a positive organizational climate and ensure fulfillment of corporate requirements.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Systems Analysis, Computer Science or related fields + Postgraduate degree in Project Management, Administration, People Management or Technology.
  • Strong proficiency in Project Management (traditional/waterfall and agile methodologies).
  • PMP certification.
  • CSM or PSM certification.
  • Knowledge of the ISO 27001 standard.
  • Knowledge of ITIL.
  • Knowledge of COBIT.
  • Advanced English.
