About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee the setup, operational readiness, and ongoing management of the dive center
- Support the recruitment and development of the dive team
- Implement operational systems and ensure compliance with safety and service standards
- Manage the day-to-day execution of diving and underwater tourism activities
- Manage guest experiences, team performance, and safety compliance
- Supervise dive excursions and oversee training and certification activities
- Maintain accurate records for all dive center activities
- Support the media coverage by capturing content when required
- Implement and follow relevant policies, processes, and instructions for controlled operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- PADI Instructor certification
- Minimum 500 logged dives
- Certified at least 50 students across all core courses
- Experience in dive center and/or resort management across different geographic locations
- Strong background in dive operations, resort operations, and hospitality
- Demonstrated experience in diving health and safety
- Proven track record in diving operations across various regions
- Experience with equipment management and maintenance
- Experience in dive retail operations
- Knowledge of marine conservation practices
- Valid Fit to Dive Medical
- Skills in underwater photography and/or videography.
