About the role
- Overall responsibility for group-wide financial accounting, controlling and purchasing/procurement
- Strategic development of the group’s financial management framework
- Development and establishment of a standardized procurement and purchasing strategy at group level
- Establishment and assurance of consistent governance, reporting and compliance structures for finance and procurement
- Leadership, development and alignment of assigned teams around clear objectives
- Design of efficient, scalable processes and structures in a multi-entity setup
- Close collaboration with executive management and the managing directors of subsidiary companies
- Management of external partners and service providers within the area of responsibility
Requirements
- Degree in economics, business administration or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in finance/controlling and procurement
- Experience in group or multi-entity corporate structures
- Strong knowledge of standardizing, designing and rolling out commercial/financial processes; experience with ERP implementations is an advantage
- Clear, appreciative leadership style with experience in team development
- Structured, analytical approach to complex issues
- High personal responsibility, enjoyment of shaping processes and strong implementation skills
- Confident communication, including at executive management level
