About the role
- Overall responsibility for the group-wide areas of financial accounting, controlling and purchasing/procurement
- Strategic development of the group's commercial/financial control framework
- Development and implementation of a standardized purchasing and procurement strategy at group level
- Establishment and assurance of consistent governance, reporting and compliance structures for finance and procurement
- Leadership, development and alignment of assigned teams according to clear objectives
- Design of efficient, scalable processes and structures in a multi-entity setup
- Close collaboration with Executive Management and the managing directors of subsidiaries
- Management of external partners and service providers within the area of responsibility
Requirements
- Degree in business administration, economics or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in finance/controlling and procurement
- Experience in corporate group or multi-entity structures
- Solid knowledge of standardizing, designing and rolling out commercial/financial processes; experience with ERP implementations is an advantage
- Clear, appreciative leadership style with experience in developing teams
- Structured, analytical approach to complex issues
- High level of personal responsibility, a passion for shaping processes and strong implementation skills
- Confident communication, including at executive management level
