About the role

  • Develop and maintain high-performance PHP applications and web services
  • Design and implement new features, interfaces (REST, SOAP, JSON), and solutions
  • Optimize processes, databases (MySQL/MariaDB), and legacy systems
  • Implement middleware, cron jobs, as well as import and export processes
  • Ensure code quality through linting, automated workflows, and tests
  • Plan, test, and take responsibility for rollouts, upgrades, and their stability
  • Work closely with design, frontend, and customer teams

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in backend development
  • Strong command of PHP (OOP)
  • Ideally experience with frameworks such as Symfony
  • Good German language skills
  • Team player, communicative, and able to work independently
